This Risk Disclaimer forms part of your agreement with LYTICK Technologies Limited. By accessing or using any part of LYTICK, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, do not use LYTICK.
PLAIN ENGLISH SUMMARY LYTICK
is a chart analysis and replay tool, not a broker and not a financial adviser. Trading is risky and you can lose money. Replay results do not predict future outcomes. LYTICK is independent from Deriv and is not endorsed by Deriv.
1. Nature of LYTICK
LYTICK is a software product operated by LYTICK Technologies Limited. It provides charting, market analysis, and replay tools for traders reviewing Deriv Synthetic Indices and other supported instruments.
What LYTICK is:
- A workspace for chart analysis and replay review.
- A tool for studying historical market behaviour and personal setups.
- A browser-based product that may use Deriv APIs where applicable.
What LYTICK is not:
- A broker or trade execution venue.
- A financial adviser or signal service.
- A guarantee of profitability or trading performance.
- A product endorsed by Deriv.
2. No Financial Advice
Nothing on LYTICK, including charts, replay sessions, observations, or commentary, constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
You must not treat any feature of LYTICK as a promise of future performance.
3. Trading Risk
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss.
Deriv Synthetic Indices are simulated markets created by Deriv and can still produce rapid adverse movement and losses.
Past market behaviour, historical replay outcomes, and simulated review do not predict future live trading results.
Leveraged products can magnify gains and losses.
4. Replay and Analysis Risk
Replay tools help with study, not certainty.
A setup that appears strong in replay can fail in live conditions because of timing, psychology, execution, slippage, latency, or changing market conditions.
No replay result should be used as the sole basis for a real trade.
5. Deriv and Data Dependency
LYTICK is an independent software product for market analysis and replay. It is not endorsed by Deriv, though some current or future flows may use Deriv APIs, OAuth, or referral mechanisms where applicable.
LYTICK may rely on Deriv APIs for live or historical market data where applicable.
LYTICK Technologies Limited does not control Deriv systems and does not guarantee their availability, continuity, or accuracy.
6. Platform and Storage Risk
LYTICK is browser-based and depends on your device, browser, and internet connection.
Workspace data may be stored locally on your device. That local data may be lost if your browser storage is cleared or your device fails.
7. No Guarantees
LYTICK Technologies Limited makes no guarantee that:
- LYTICK will improve your performance or profitability.
- Any replay, chart, or setup will produce a profitable outcome.
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LYTICK Technologies Limited is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, interrupted access, or reliance on analysis performed through LYTICK.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded, the total aggregate liability of LYTICK Technologies Limited will not exceed the greater of NGN 10,000 or the amount you actually paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
9. Your Responsibility
By using LYTICK, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You understand the risks of trading and accept responsibility for your own decisions.
- You will review the relevant broker and instrument terms that apply to your actual trading account.
10. Regulatory Status and Updates
LYTICK Technologies Limited is incorporated in Nigeria and LYTICK is not presented as a regulated brokerage or investment service.
