1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using LYTICK, lytick.com, and any approved access to the product.
2. Permitted Use
You may use LYTICK for personal chart analysis, replay study, and related educational review.
You may submit feature feedback and support requests.
You may share your own screenshots or commentary from the product for personal or community discussion if you do not misrepresent their source.
3. Prohibited Use
You must not scrape, extract, store, or redistribute Deriv market data obtained through LYTICK beyond what is needed for your own immediate session use.
You must not use LYTICK as a data feed for bots, commercial tools, or competing products.
You must not interfere with site security, rate limits, or connected APIs.
You must not upload or submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
You must not present yourself as speaking for LYTICK Technologies Limited or Deriv without authorization.
4. Deriv Relationship and Data Terms
LYTICK is an independent software product for market analysis and replay. It is not endorsed by Deriv, though some current or future flows may use Deriv APIs, OAuth, or referral mechanisms where applicable.
Where LYTICK uses Deriv APIs, that use remains subject to Deriv's own developer terms and platform rules.
You must not attempt to circumvent those limits through LYTICK.
5. Intellectual Property
The LYTICK software, interface, and branding belong to LYTICK Technologies Limited, except for third-party rights such as Deriv marks and data.
Deriv names, logos, and market data remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Enforcement
LYTICK Technologies Limited may investigate suspected abuse and may limit, suspend, revoke, or deny access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, third-party rights, or legal compliance.
